It’s weekend!

Another week has come and gone at Hawthorns School!ย  The children have been busy everyday taking part in D&T, cooking, computer skills, and gymnastic sessions to name just a few of the things going on in Willow Class.

Our Star of the Weekย  was Oliver, for his continued enthusiasm and hard work.

Sports Stars of the Week in Willow were Seamus and Harley for trying their hardest in the coaching session on Wednesday.

Well done boys!

A ghost in the playground!!

This morning after break, Willow Class were startled to see a ghost in their playground! ย The boys were very brave, they ran out into the playground and chased it away by throwing apples at it!

Mr.Pointon was suspiciously out of the classroom when the ghost made it’s visit!

When the children saw a white bed sheet under Mr.Pointon’s chair, he had to confess it was him all along!

Willow Class have been writing diary entries about a bear in the garden and now they will be able to write all about a visit from a ghost!

This afternoon willow class were looking at 2D and 3D shapes ๐Ÿ”ต๐Ÿ”ถโ—ผ๏ธ #numeracy
